This renovation included the entire main floor of the home with the ultimate goal of creating a modern, open concept space for the entire family to enjoy.
We completely remodelled the kitchen, adding a large 5 seater island with plenty of storage space. We removed the walls between the kitchen, dining area and front room to improve the flow and functionality, creating a seamless transition between the kitchen and the rest of the home. This new floor plan allows natural light to flow through the entire main floor, making it feel much larger and brighter.
Along with the kitchen we also renovated the laundry room, powder room and stairs. We added a fun patterned accent wall to the powder room, finishing it with dazzling brass hardware.
We finished off their main floor, replacing the dated wood and tiles with a beautiful crisp dark wood throughout.
We refreshed the laundry room’s design, aligning it with the modern style of the rest of the home. Adding in brand new custom-built cabinets and a countertop allowed us to add more storage and functionality to the small space.
