Our client had a tired and dated basement and master bathroom spaces that were no longer functional and needed an update. They had visions of creating beautiful spaces that didn’t “break the bank” because they had bigger visions for renovating the main level of their home down the road. They were looking for a contractor to work with them to bring the bathroom and basement back to life without going over budget. We worked closely with them to come up with a detailed plan to ensure their needs were met.
Unfortunately, the nature of renovations comes with uncertainty and once the space was open, we encountered water penetrating the basement foundation from the exterior. However, we immediately assisted to rectify those issues and were able to repair and resolve them with minimal cost overruns. They now have a dry and new space for their family in the basement and a beautiful new master ensuite.
We were able to help them accomplish what they were looking for in their spaces and we are happy to report that we are now starting on their new main floor renovation!
