The St. Andrews Drive Project

The St. Andrews project was a full renovation on all levels of the home. As you will see in the photos every room in the home was updated. The main floor boasts a new custom kitchen, featuring new stainless steel appliances, solid surface corian counters with a deep under-mounted sink and glass subway tile backsplash. Hand scraped engineered hardwood has been installed throughout the main floor. All interior doors and door casings have been replaced along with all trim. A new deck was built off the existing deck in the rear yard. The bedroom level offers 3 large bedrooms with new berber carpets and a new 4 piece bathroom. The newly renovated basement features a large recreation room, storage room and laundry room complete with new washer and dryer. In addition to all of these amazing renovations and upgrades, this home has been outfitted with a wall mounted iPad, which controls the wireless light controls, Sonos sound system and video door bell.
