The Partridge Dr. Project

Prior to the renovation, our basement area was just vacant. There’s nothing on this wall. We had no storage, so we had to build a storage locker slash closet and then also this entertainment area. Bradburn was referred to us by our real estate agent. After meeting with Jay, got along well with them, and they’ve done a great job.

Very pleased with their staff as well as all of the subtrades. So working with the guys, they did a great job in protecting the area that they weren’t working on. Both floors and walls and ceilings and everything else. Were very transparent in their communication to us as what was happening each day, and it all worked out great. What impressed us the most was their communication.

The app that was used to keep everybody informed throughout the project. Both was a great communication tool with the trades as well as with us, the homeowners. So we knew what was happening each day, tracked the financial side of things. As far as quality goes, you can see the quality of that. They’ve done a great job with this entertainment unit.

They were very helpful in troubleshooting the closet area that we wanted done. We were very happy with the Bradburn group and we would certainly recommend them to others in the area and I actually already have to some of our neighbours.
