The space before the renovation was dated, especially our kitchen. The cupboards were sagging. Initially, we wanted to do a main floor renovation. The space now is amazing. It reflects our sense of style and convenience, with plenty of drawers in the kitchen and organizers like spice drawers and places for my bakeware. There’s so much more light that we even decided to keep the shutters off the window.

I heard about the Bradburn group through my CrossFit, and one of the trainers knew Jordan. So, we immediately went to the website, looked at the reviews, and invited them to come and speak to us. We chose Bradburn for the project, mostly because of the reviews, but also because someone I knew had referred them. We did our research, and we really wanted something that would be dependable and reputable.

The software, obviously. The app was amazing. Yeah, the app was pretty good. We received pictures every single day and updates every single day. We were out of the house for a month. They were so open, and the communication was always fun. The quality was outstanding and second to none. Even the smallest detail, if something was wrong, they were here to fix it, and they wanted us to be 100% satisfied before they left for the day. Or if they had to come back, they arranged for it. Zach was instrumental in having a replacement for the glass shower, and he was not satisfied. So they have a very high standard of quality. It was great. They were reliable. They were always on time. There was always something going on. The team was amazing. Ben, John, Aaron, and Zach – they were just excellent people.
